Summer 2026 Courses — Important Information

The following courses will be offered in Summer 2026: ENG 1102, ESSE 1012, CHEM 1100, and PHYS 1801. PHYS 1800 will not be offered again until Fall 2026.

First-year Bachelor of Engineering students should be able to enrol without difficulty, provided they meet the published prerequisite and corequisite requirements listed in the York Courses Website (https://w2prod.sis.yorku.ca/Apps/WebObjects/cdm).

Beginning April 1, some reserved seats may be released to allow Bachelor of Science students to enrol. If a course shows as “seats reserved,” please check again on or after April 1.

Students requesting permission to enrol in Lab 99 for CHEM 1100 or PHYS 1801 must have previously completed the required labs for the course. Eligible students may request Lab 99 enrolment permission (lecture-only registration) by contacting the appropriate department:
