York University Co-op Program - Student Letters Request Form

Requests for these letters will only be provided for formally registered Co-op students in good standing and with an active work term from the following faculties: Markham Programs, Lassonde School of Engineering,Faculty of Environmental & Urban Change, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Health.

Please note letters take up to in 5-7 business days after you submit this form. For any urgent requests, attend a Co-op Drop-in hours or contact lsecoop@lassonde.yorku.ca. It is your responsibility to plan ahead of time and request these letters within your required deadlines.

If you only require a letter from York University that verifies you have full-time status while on a Co-op work term, you are strongly encouraged to request a free Standard Confirmation letter from the Registrar's Office via MyCreds and submit the request here: Enrolled & Registered Letters/Attestations d’inscription et de confirmation d’inscription. Processing time could take two weeks."
