Requests for these letters will only be provided for Lassonde Co-op or Digital Media Internship students in good standing and with an active work term.

Please note letters take up to in 5-7 business days after you submit this form. For any urgent requests, attend a Co-op Drop-in hours or contact lsecoop@lassonde.yorku.ca. It is your responsibility to plan ahead of time and request these letters within your required deadlines.

Co-op Work Permit Extension Support Letter (This is for students whose current co-op work permits are expiring in the next 3-4 months and require an extension because you are scheduled to be on a co-op work term or are planning to search for your second co-op work period) 2. Study Permit Extension Support Letter (This is for students whose current study permit are expiring in the next 3-4 months and require an extension because you are scheduled to be on a work term or are scheduled to pursue your second co-op work period) ) 3. Copy of Co-op Work Permit Support Letter (note that these are typically provided to students upon admission to the Co-op Program; select option only if you have been admitted to the Co-op Program and you did not receive the letter)) 4. Proof of Participation in Co-op (including your employer's request for Work Integrated Learning (WIL)/ Student Work Placement Program (SWPP) eligibility and/or tax credit letters)
